UFC Gym Miami is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support members' performance and wellbeing in our dynamic fitness environment. You will conduct personalized recovery sessions using modalities such as NormaTec, cryotherapy, Theragun, and red light therapy; educate clients on the benefits of recovery; and collaborate with trainers to integrate recovery into training programs.

• Administer and monitor recovery services (e.g., NormaTec, cryotherapy, Theragun, red light therapy).
• Guide clients through recovery protocols and explain benefits.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of recovery equipment and space.
• Stay current on recovery trends and wellness education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Promote recovery memberships and upsell services when appropriate.
• Track client sessions and feedback in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service and welcoming experience.
