Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Backup Receiver to join our team. You will manage receiving paperwork, operate equipment such as balers and forklifts safely, and help maximize sales through accurate and timely product intake.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and able to work weekends/holidays. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Report discrepancies to Managers and Buyers to rectify issues such as damages or shortages.
• Able to use or be certified in receiving equipment as needed.
• Effective communication with team, store leadership, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Operate baler, compactor, and forklift safely and efficiently.
• Maximize sales potential through proper receiving procedures and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the receiving area.
• Perform other duties as needed in a fast-paced store environment.
