Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow skills or enjoy flexible scheduling. You’ll work with customers on your timetable and earn a flat-rate payment per field event, with no required closings or contracts.

Responsibilities include showing homes, hosting open houses, attending inspections, and traveling within your market. A real estate license is required, along with a willingness to affiliate with Redfin and join MLS/REALTOR associations.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
