Job summary

Redfin seeks an Associate Agent to help clients buy and/or sell homes without traditional closings. You will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and set your own hours to control your workload. This flexible role offers opportunities to work weekends with no sales pressure.

As a remote, field-based position, you’ll travel within your market and leverage Redfin’s education resources to grow your skills. No office visits are required, and training is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state where you’ll work and willing to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
