Job summary

Redfin is seeking Associate Agents to work with customers on their schedule and earn money in real estate without closing a transaction. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections while setting your own hours and enjoying field-based, remote work with no office visits required.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event and can access free, optional educational services to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Real estate license in the state where you work and be willing to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Must have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
