Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join the Health Center at Standifer Place in Chattanooga, TN. The role includes providing clinical nutrition care for skilled nursing residents and participating in quality improvement while meeting DOH, state, federal, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nutrition care for long-term care residents and attend interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meet DOH, state, federal, and company standards.
• Develop and lead menu and recipe innovation to align with strategic culinary goals.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams on culinary systems and QA.
• Serve as liaison for consumer insights to reflect customer preferences in menu development.
