Job summary

Rehab Without Walls, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian in Irving, TX to provide individualized nutrition care for patients with neurological injuries. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy within a supportive team, with documentation completed remotely as needed.

You will evaluate nutritional needs, develop therapeutic diets, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nutrition required, or the equivalent.
• Current Registered Dietitian licensure/certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of six months related experience generally required.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nutritional services in compliance with state practice acts and standards, under general supervision.
• Interviews patients and assesses their nutritional status; determines dietary needs and advises physicians/nursing staff.
• Prepares/adjusts therapeutic diets to meet patient requirements and explains restrictions to patients and families.
• Monitors patient responses and revises plans as needed in coordination with physicians and coordinators.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient files and participates in staff development and quality improvement activities.
