Job summary

LBAPS, (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) seeks a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental needs in Long Island and Manhattan. Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, or center settings.

Ideal candidates hold current RBT certification, have 6 months of experience, and possess strong communication skills. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• Collect and record session data accurately within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.
