Job summary

LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Bronx, NY. This position offers flexible scheduling to meet your needs and focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• Collect and record session data accurately within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with families and your clinical team to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.
