New hires receive paid training, exposure to senior clinicians, and opportunities for advancement within a growing ABA practice. A 6‑month commitment is preferred to support consistent progress for our clients.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as integral member of clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
