Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. Applicants must hold an active RBT certification at the time of application.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time (30+ hours) or part-time options, and opportunities for growth and advancement. A $250 hire-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates who meet criteria and complete 45 days of service.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
