Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Valdosta, Georgia. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
