Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and work with families and the team to support client success.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
