Job summary

SilverSwing ABA GA LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families for client success.

The position is part-time in Vidalia, GA with flexible shifts, competitive pay, generous PTO/holidays, 401K with employer match, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Certification as RBT is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
