Job summary

Apple ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with evidence-based ABA therapies. This role emphasizes in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings and requires collaboration with BCBA and families to drive progress.

You will collect data, implement plans, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment while enjoying flexible shifts and opportunities for career growth in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
