Apple ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families and colleagues, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. A certification, high school diploma, and willingness to travel locally are valued, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
