Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers growth opportunities to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required, with ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
