Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to help clients achieve their goals and support family engagement.

As part of our clinical team, you will implement skill-building plans, track progress with data, and participate in ongoing training to advance your career. Positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
