Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in client homes or community settings. Roles are part-time with immediate access to earned wages, offering flexibility to fit your schedule and professional preferences.

You will work within a supportive clinical team, delivering one-on-one ABA services, recording data, and promoting skill-building for independence. Training is provided for new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Experience in ABA or working with individuals with Autism is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
