Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

You’ll work with a dedicated clinical team and document session data using electronics. Positions start part-time with opportunities for advancement within a thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
