Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (RBT) in Paxton to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and contribute to positive outcomes for children with Autism.

The role is part-time with flexible scheduling. Prior RBT certification is required, and the candidate should be patient, compassionate, and capable of maintaining composure in challenging situations. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
