Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or children.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and intervention plans.
• Ability to work one-to-one with clients in a compassionate, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors and progress.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in plans.
• Assist in developing individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate client records.
