Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. The role involves delivering 1:1 therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings under supervision by a BCBA, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families to ensure client success.

Ideal candidates possess an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and a High School diploma (some college preferred).

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
