Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (Float) to join our imaging team. This 0.5 FTE position provides coverage across our Greater Green Bay clinic and urgent care sites, with flexible hours and 20 hours per week.

The role requires radiography skills, patient communication, and safe handling; licensure ARRT, Wisconsin state radiographer license, and BLS within 6 months. No prior experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Must hold state Radiographer license and ARRT registration.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 6 months.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to advanced radiologic procedures across assigned facilities.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain clinical history.
• Position patients and select exposure factors with safety in mind.
• Ensure accurate labeling of images and proper documentation in the RIS/PACS.
• Serve as a resource to staff and assist with accreditation efforts.
