This role is open to anyone 16 or older with no experience required, offering flexible schedules and opportunities to learn and grow. As a Team Member you will ensure food safety, assist with inventory, and deliver excellent service across dining, drive-thru, and cashier stations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to obtain a food handler's certificate if required by state or local rules.
• Flexible hours and reliable attendance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Quick to learn new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and cleanliness following sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Provide excellent customer service in dining, drive-thru, and cashier roles.
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Follow restaurant policies to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
