Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to observe venues such as pubs and bars for a media research client. You will visit a designated area, conduct quick observations, and report online. Visits are anonymous and involve no interaction with staff. This is a part-time, flexible role with project-based work and support from area managers.

Training and route planning are provided. Prior experience is not required, and roles suit those seeking additional work, education, or retirement flexibility.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during an allocated time window.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through our online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes cover several venues in the same area; you may visit multiple venues within the time window.
