Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) to join our growing team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Must be a licensed PTA to apply and have an APTA-accredited PTA program degree. We offer mentorship, flexible schedules, comprehensive healthcare, a 401(k) with company match, online CEU credits, and immigration support for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) eligible to practice in the state
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Obtain and update all physician orders
