Renewal Rehab in Rosemont, IL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, delivering PT services and contributing to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and patient progress.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
