TheraDynamics in the Tri-State area seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to evaluate and treat patients in Skilled Nursing settings, focusing on orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and general deconditioning cases. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence.

• Associate's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Connecticut PTA license (current or eligible).
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates welcome; structured mentorship provided.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence.
• Caseload will be manageable and your clinical judgment will be respected.
