Physical Achievement Center in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a one-on-one care model in a direct-access clinic. The role emphasizes communication, mentoring, and growth, with a weekly fellowship-style mentorship from an experienced PT.

You will help patients achieve outcomes with evidence-based care while enjoying a collaborative, family-like team environment. The position offers pay between $22.00 and $29.00 per hour, full-time hours, and benefits including

• Proven working experience as a physical therapist assistant.
• Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.
• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
• Healthcare administration and documentation skills.
• License to practice in Wisconsin or equivalent.
