Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the Licensed Physical Therapist's plan of care.
• Communicate patient's progress with the Physical Therapist and family.
• Participate in Patient Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Participate in in-service training for other staff.
• Record treatment notes and progress notes as per policy.
• Instruct families in maintenance programs under supervision.
