Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Develop and carry out therapy programs to improve strength, balance, and mobility.

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team.
