Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN for Mercy Retirement and Care Center in Oakland, CA. The position involves providing direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, and supervising PTAs as needed.

You will document and plan treatments under physician orders, with schedule options that support work-life balance. The ideal candidate holds a physical therapy degree, a state license, and has 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• State license required.
• One year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
• Deliver physical therapy services to Mercy Retirement and Care Center residents, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, and related documentation.
• Communicate and implement plans under physicians’ orders; supervise PTAs as directed and support their care of patients.
