Job summary

Vista Physical Therapy is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to provide per diem coverage across multiple Fort Worth clinics. The role is part-time and per diem, with a pay range of $48–$55 per hour.

Ideal candidates are flexible, team-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric care. The PT will assess and treat patients, develop plans of care, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent, excellent patient

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification and state regulations compliant.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document progress and outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Adapt to scheduling changes and clinic coverage as needed.
