Job summary

HealthFitness is hiring a per diem Physical Therapist to join a corporate fitness and wellness center in New Jersey. You will deliver individualized one-on-one orthopedic care, focusing on movement optimization and prevention, with flexibility in scheduling.

Operate in a setting that blends outpatient care with occupational health, providing autonomous decision making while collaborating with fitness and health professionals to support employee well-being.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S. or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications with in-person component.
• 2+ years in prevention and rehab of orthopedic injuries; ergonomic assessment experience.
• Experience in outpatient/occupational health/wellness settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Support Injury Prevention program across client sites.
• Lead worksite assessments and body mechanism coaching.
• Provide early intervention services for employees.
• Collect and report program data for IPT services.
• Coordinate with clinical and safety teams.
• Maintain client relationships and program quality.
