Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with active state license.
• Experience delivering physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to supervise and support physical therapist assistants and students.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Coach patients in therapeutic massage to ease pain and promote healing.
• Maintain patient records and track goals in the electronic system.
• Provide discharge summaries and family/caregiver counseling.
