Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's degree preferred.
• Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR/BLS certification per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and plans/implements PT program based on assessment, judgement, and sensitivity.
• Provides patient education, consultation, and discharge planning.
• Supervises and delegates care to PTAs and Rehab Technicians.
