PediaStaff in Tucumcari, NM is seeking a Physical Therapist to serve in multiple clinical settings. You will evaluate patients, develop plans, and provide interventions across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and swing bed environments.

We offer $40-$55 per hour, loan reimbursement up to $50,000 for new grads, a potential $12,000 sign-on bonus, housing assistance up to $1,000/month for six months, and flexible PRN/part-time/full-time scheduling with mentorship and interview support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of clinical settings.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Deliver care across assigned clinical settings based on patient needs and department requirements.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in developing therapy programs and supporting department growth.
• Present in-services and share clinical knowledge with fellow therapists as appropriate.
• Assist with the general operation of the rehabilitation department.
