Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Performs selected procedures and services in compliance with physical therapy regulations.
• Considers patient age/development under supervision of licensed PT with evaluation and plan of care.

• Coordinates patient care with patients, families, therapists and health team.
• Documents in medical records and completes forms per policies.
• Supervises and collaborates with support staff, volunteers and students.
