Qualifications

• Must hold Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
