Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting. You will provide PTA support under the supervision of a licensed PT and help identify suitable patients for therapy in collaboration with the team.

Formación

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure physician orders are current.
