Therapy Partner Solutions is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team in Polk County, GA. This part-time/PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-centered group of clinicians.

You'll manage a diverse caseload under clinical leadership, receive strong support, ongoing development opportunities, and participate in our mission to deliver quality care to patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate (current or pending) of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services within home health to a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in mentorship, clinical leadership and professional development opportunities.
