Job summary

Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader seeking a Property Manager for multiple locations. This role involves independent work both indoors and outdoors, assessing storage needs, and suggesting relevant packing supplies to customers.

You will conduct daily inspections, manage cash handling, deposits, and payments reminders, with mileage reimbursement for travel between properties. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and utilize own vehicle to travel between locations and/or conduct work-related business.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
