Job summary

Public Storage in Florida is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations with a flexible, full-time schedule and a $15.00/hour rate. The role involves assessing customer storage needs, selling packing and moving supplies, and performing daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

You will handle cash deposits, remind customers about payments, and travel between properties using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Bonuses are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and using own vehicle to travel between locations; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
