CrimsonBlu is seeking Mobile, AL-based Residential Property Inspector contractors to perform exterior and occasional interior inspections. You will set your own hours and build a local routing plan, paid per completed inspection through monthly payouts.

This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, the ability to work with your own associates, and the chance to partner with CrimsonBlu to support underwriting inspections for residential properties in the Mobile area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
