Job summary

Class Valuation invites a proactive Property Data Collector to join its Digital Panel as a 1099 independent contractor in Dubuque County, IA and surrounding areas. Compensation per assignment is provided, with training and ongoing support offered.

Must be comfortable with technology and fieldwork. Eligible candidates will travel to client sites, perform data collection and photography, and collaborate with loan originators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in real estate, data collections, photography or 12 months of customer service.
• Independent contractor status.
• Ability to travel and engage with clients at their homes.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results.
• Able to obtain a background check through a 3rd party vendor.
• iPhone 12–17 Pro or Pro Max.
• Understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and reports preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress codes on-site.
• Fluent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• EIN required for California only.
