Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care within an outpatient clinic setting.
• Prepares patients for scheduled procedures and assists in patient assessment.
• Records history and performs basic triage per policy.
• Assists providers with examinations and procedures related to direct patient care.
• Maintains patient records, reports, and required statistics accurately.
• Schedules outside patient appointments and relays information to patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Maintains a safe, comfortable environment and patient privacy.
