Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN work at Heritage Health Services in Port Washington, WI. You choose when you work while being part of a multidisciplinary team that values quality care.

Master's in SLP, a current state license and CCC-SLP are required; 1 year of experience preferred. You will evaluate and develop treatment plans and educate patients and families on communication and swallowing safety.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
