Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN daytime position at Heritage Hall Front Royal, Front Royal, VA. Applicants should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active state SLP license with CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Currently licensed SLP in state; CCC-SLP credential required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
