AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Valley View in Montoursville, PA. This position offers flexible hours to work with adults and geriatric patients in a rehabilitation setting.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, PA licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP preferred, and experience with dysphagia, cognition, and documentation. PRN work supports clinicians seeking supplemental hours while remaining clinically active.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• PA license or eligibility to practice.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide evaluations and treatment for adults and geriatrics.
• Perform dysphagia and swallowing assessments.
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/nursing).
• Document evaluations, progress and discharge recommendations.
